Going Once! - Capstone Project (2025 - 2026)
Role: Gameplay Programmer
Engine and Language: Unity and C#

- Capstone project for my final year
- 11 person team, including artists and programmers
- Designed and maintained the NPCs along with their state machines and their AI navigation with the use of Unity’s Navigation Mesh system and an inventory system
- Wrote documentation for the inventory system and for the NPCs
- UMLs, sequence diagrams and guides for how to use said systems
- Worked a lot with Unity’s UI Toolkit system



2024 - 2025

Mini Capstone Project (2025)
Role: Gameplay Programmer
Engine and Language: Unreal and C++

- 7 person team, all programmers
- Designed and maintained the item drop and pick up system and the ammo system
- Made documentation for these systems and helped write documentation for enemies and their systems
- Along with UMLs, sequence diagrams and guides for how to use the systems


Custom game engine (2024 - 2025)
Language: C++

- Two semester project for a class
- Developed a 2D AStar pathfinding system
- Created a barycentric coordinate system that made use of height map images
- The engine made use of BGFX, OpenGL, Box2D and Jolt
- Player controls with WASD movement with first and third person camera controls
- Shaders and lighting with the use of BGFX
